Coq Au Vin

When it's getting colder outside, I love cooking savoury meals. One of my all time classic recipe for autumn | winter season is Coq au Vin (literally rooster in wine).
The recipe I'm using is from Julia Child's. Follow this recipe here.

Marinating for 24 hours in a bottle of Burgundian red wine.

Serve Coq au Vin with roasted potatoes, noodles or a big green salad and baguette.
